To be eligible for NICIL Services you must be a person with a disability living in our five county region. NICIL services Whiteside, Lee, Ogle, Carroll and JoDaviess county in Illinois.

If you do not reside in one of these counties please visit the INCIL website to find a Center for Independent Living in your area, by clicking this link.

You may click on Request for Services link at the top left of each page to fill out a request for these services. A NICIL staff person will contact you within two business days of receiving your request.
