We have an opening on the NICIL Team!

We are seeking a part time bookkeeper to join the NICIL team. The idea candidate will be a self-starter with experience in bookkeeping and with QuickBooks accounting software. General duties would be: Payroll, payroll taxes, general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, account reconciliation, and monthly fiscal reporting. The full job description is attached.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ experience with QuickBooks and three years’ experience with bookkeeping. Hours are 9:00 am to 1:00 pm Monday through Thursday, but we are open a flexible work schedule.
